How is the summer?

The quiet period of the summer is soon behind us, so I was wondering how it went for you.

For some, summer is a period of decreased deal flow, while others find it to be a time of unexpected opportunities.

Prospecting-wise it was slow for me, even though I was a lot on the phones. The conversations I had were mostly good and also my deals progressed a little bit, but nonetheless I am happy when September starts.

How are you experiencing this summer? Are you facing challenges in maintaining momentum, or have you found ways to thrive during this typically slower period?

My biggest problem is that internal ressources like SE support is missing, so projects get delayed because of that.

In terms of inbound leads and prospecting, the summer was a bit of a hole for me. In terms of closed deals, it was pretty good, but mainly because I was prospecting like crazy in Q1 and was able to build good business cases.

Can you handle the SE tasks yourself? I have the feeling that they are often a bottleneck.
